Forging Crane

The forging crane is used for forgings lifting, buffering and turning. It is one of the main lifting equipment in the forging workshop. The safe working load of the crane including the weight of the special spreader and the largest forging.

During the forging crane working, the main and auxiliary hooks cooperate to lift the forging parts and the forging is turned by the special spreader. The forging is adjusted to a proper angle and placed on the cutting board of the hydraulic press, and the hydraulic press starts to work until the forging is forged to qualified product. Since the crane will be subjected to a relatively large impact load during the forging process, it is equipped with a buffer device and a brake release device. In addition, the forging crane can also be used for lifting, installation and maintenance of the materials and equipment in the workshop.
